Air Fried Zucchini Fries with Herbed Yoghurt Dip

Zucchini Fries
- 450g (approx. 4 medium) zucchinis
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 55 g panko breadcrumbs
- 60 g finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 35g plain flour
- 2 egg whites
Herbed yoghurt dip
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/2 bunch chives, finely sliced
- 1/4 bunch Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Spray oil
